Why can't Vendors Vend from their camp site ?
As mentioned; TEASE has GROUP Camp Sites, NOT INDIVIDUAL Camp Sites. We will not allow a Vendor to Vend (set up a table etc) on their Camp Site since that means that the OTHER people they have to share the site with (maybe you or I) - would have to put up with all 400 people having open invitation to bother them all day long.
That does not mean people cannot pick up something that was ordered and paid for at the Vendor Village (or Pre-TEASE) (something might have had to be altered for example) - they just cannot "set up shop".
This INCLUDES Service Vendors who are offering a "service for money", such as aroma therapy, therapeutic massage, facials, pedicures etc.
If you plan on doing these activities for free, we won't bother you UNLESS we get a complaint from your camp mates that you have invited 400 people to continually visit. If you wish to do service for free, ask and we can set you up a spot in the communal areas - and your fellow campers can have the occasional afternoon nap without undue bother; It is all about respect.
Services such as "Play for Pay" ,, or "Training for Pay",, or "Pro Services" are not allowed at TEASE (this includes Tribute or money slaves).
What about "Services Vendors"?
Paid for Services (and we aren't talking about the illegal ones) such as; aroma therapy, therapeutic massage, facials, pedicures etc; are being treated the same as Vendors (must register to do so) and will be able to offer their services during the 2 day Craft Fair at Camp.
Depending upon demand - we might set up a central area for these types of services - within the BDSM Vendor Village (you will still need your own tent etc.). If you are interested in being a Service Vendor - please e-mail [email protected] and register to do so. Just like a Product vendor, we will not be accepting a last minute Service Vendor - these have to be planned, accepted (by our Vendor Coordinator), and registered.
Just like Product Vendors, Service Vendors will NOT BE ALLOWED to Vend (or offer Services) on their camp site. Any Vendor (Product or Service) found flagrantly violating this firm rule will be ejected without refund.
Does TEASE get a "cut" of Vending Profits ?
Hell NO.
We hope all Vendors enjoy and profit from their participation and we want nothing whosoever to do with their businesses.
The TEASE Vendor Market is for TEASE ATTENDEES enjoyment; fees are just to cover the costs of running the Vending Area.
Vendors can happily donate door prizes if they wish (we don't mind at all, do we?), but nothing is expected of them other than to follow the rules just like the rest of us. Prize donations are asked for by Friday evening, and will be put on display (so please provide a card or flier), so all will see who is contributing to their enjoyment of the event.
How many people are covered on a Vendor Pass ?
As of 2010 - NO VENDOR DAY PASSES ARE AVAILABLE
How much does vending cost ?
Starting in 2010 ,, only FULL ATTENDEES will be eligible to Vend at TEASE
Vendor - $35CDN for 2 days of Vending (you may NOT just vend for 1).
Vending will be open from 10 am till 4 pm Saturday, and 11am till 3 pm Sunday.
Vendors will also have the additional option of; Table rental + $20 per table. Vending can be an extremely cheap $35, up to a ridiculously low $45 - for BOTH days. Vendors will be responsible for their items overnight- we will not be providing Security or storage. Vendors will NOT be able to keep their vehicles on their campsite (unless that is the ONE vehicle that camp site has approved).
Vendors will be provided a 15x15 foot space (in the Vending Village) to set up and must provide their own tent (if they wish shade).

Vendors are restricted to a 15 x15 space (IE: you cannot create your own huge pavilion). You can also NOT park your vehicle at the Village, but once you unload, you MUST move to the approved closest parking. Those who do not move their vehicle after one warning will be asked to pack up and end their vending; remember - No Attitude is one of the main Rules.
How do I register as a Vendor ?
To register as a Vendor - you go to the SAME registration page at www.get-teased.ca (just click the "REGISTER" button in the top or bottom menus of this page) as if you were registering as an Attendee or Day Pass - and fill out ALL regular sections, AS WELL AS; the Vendor section. If you have already registered as an Attendee, you can go back later (with your Attendee registration #, as shown on your confirmation e-mail) and fill out JUST the Vendor section (you will have to provide that reg # as indicated above).
During your registration process;
- YOU must request a table (if you need one) $20 additional for ONE 2x6 table (bring your own chairs)
- YOU must provide any tent if you wish shade
ALL VENDORS will set up in the position designated by the Vendor Coordinator (or else you will later be ordered to move).
