Read ALL of the following details; then Click on the GLOWING "Register Now" button at the bottom of this page - to begin your Step #1 Registration - as a Full Attendee, OR as a Full attendee/Vendor, OR to TRANSFER someone else's Registration to you (minus any non-refundable Powered Site, minus any Volunteer Discount).

 

 

TEASE 2012 is SCHEDULED

  • Registration is "per person" and each person has to be registered separately
  • Deposit method (50% down) WILL BE available for those who wish to pay in 2 installments

 Payment methods are:

  • CASH - at a local Munch where a TEASE Staff member is in attendance.
  • E-Transfer - Available if you bank with one of the big 5 Major Canadian Banks
  • Bank Deposit - by physically walking into a Royal Bank of Canada (anywhere in Canada)
  • Credit Card / Pay Pal - at the end of the 5th registration page, you will be required to click on the Pay Pal "Pay Now" button. You will be taken to Pay Pal (who we use as a Credit Card Merchant Account, you do not need a Pay Pal account) to complete your registration.

Registration is PER PERSON, and the person who's name the registration is in - owns the registration (not the person who pays).

 

  • Early Bird Registration - $160 per person (or $80 deposit) - August 1 ~ 11:59pm Dec 31, 2011.
  • Regular Registration - $180 per person (or $90 deposit) - January 1, 2011 ~ 11:59pm June 15, 2012.
  • Deposit Payment Option (2 payments) - is only available untill April 15th.
  • Procrastinators Registration - $225 per person - June 16, 2012 ~ July 1, 2012.
  • Day Passes for TEASE 2012 - TBD.
  • Vendors will only be able to participate if they are Full Attendees -Vending only costs an additional $35.

DETAILS

- VENDING: for TEASE - we will NOT be having a Vending Tent OR Tables available - you will be provided specific space where you can set up your own tent for the "TEASE VENDING VILLAGE".

  • FULL ATTENDEE/VENDOR: for your full registration plus just $35 more, you get to vend. NO Storage, and NO Security for Vendor Goods during off hours.
  • Vendors are responsible for their OWN Tent and TABLES.

  • Registration Guidelines:

    •  The registration number you will receive once you have completed the registration process DOES NOT reflect the number of people who have registered. Please use an email address that you check often, as we will be sending you information about the event through email.

    •  This Registration System - is for TEASE Full Attendees, and Full Attendee/Vendors (AND Day Passes - IF they are made availkable).

    •  The user name (assigned) and password (you choose) will be used to allow you access to a PRIVATE TEASE 2012 MEMBERS ONLY site, with profiles, message system, photos, as well as a chat system – all for you to get to know your fellow TEASE 2012 Attendees. If you forget your user name and/or password, you can use your e-mail (that you register with) to retrieve that info (do not e-mail [email protected] for this info, we don't have it)..

AFTER you Register for TEASE 2012

Please note: ONCE you are a fully registered paid (even deposit) Members - you will have access to a PRIVATE TEASE Members Area - in that area you will be able to;

    • change your nickname
    • change your e-mail address
    • change your password
    • change your Tent/RV Status
    • change "Who you wish to camp with", "who you would like on your campsite",, and "who you do not wish to camp near"
    • Day Passes are available.

 

TEASE Conditions and Guidelines:

•  As a Private event TEASE reserves the legal RIGHT; to refuse registration to anyone without notice. Refusals are for the protection of TEASE, the Event, the Organizers, the Attendees, and the Venue - and are not negotiable.

•  The TEASE Event Rules as posted July 12, 2012 are agreed to by the signing of the TEASE waiver during arrival/check-in.

•  Failure to sign the TEASE waiver at check-in will result in denial of admission with NO refund. Failure to show legal ID at check-in will result in denial of admission with NO refund. Failure to submit to vehicle inspection at entrance/exit will result in denial of admission or ejection with NO refund.

•  This registration form is a LEGAL agreement between TEASE and YOU; failure to read and understand each section is not an acceptable excuse.

•  Reservations end 11:59 pm, June 15th, 2012, or as soon as we sell out (without notice).

•  You MUST be 18 years old to register.

•  TRANSFERS ALLOWED until June 1, 2012 - YOU must find the person to Transfer YOUR registration to, we will NOT have anything to do with exchange of moneys, nor will we do the online registration/transferring for you.

•  NO REFUNDS (this includes no "discounts or swaps" to future TEASE's).

•  For those who choose NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT METHOD - if you fail to pay the deposit balance by 11:59 pm May 15, 2012, you will forfeit 100% of your Deposit AND your Reservation AND any Power site payment ON MAY 16, 2012.

•  For those who choose NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT METHOD - Volunteer Discounts do not affect your deposit amount. Volunteer hours will decrease your Balance Payment, NOT your Deposit.

•  Each attendee must submit their own registration form (there are no "couples" registrations).

•  If YOU pay for the Registration of another person - the Registration is THEIRS; we will not get involved if a couple breaks up. I.E. the OWNER of a registration is he/she who's name is on the registration - NOT he/she who paid for it.

•  You will receive – immediately or (if you volunteered) within 5 business days - the Step #2 (Payment) e-mail registration reply indicating cost and a link to complete (pay for) your registration.

•  If you volunteer for hours, YOU MUST FULFILL THOSE HOURS AS TEASE SCHEDULES THEM.

•  Once you are sent the Step #2 e-mail payment directions; you will have - 5 business days - to complete (pay for) - your registration.

•  Any uncompleted (UNPAID) registrations will be deleted from the database on the 6th business day.

•  NO Snail Mail Registrations.

•  Vendor registrations must fill out this full Registration, in addition to filling out the Vendor section. Vendors also have to be Full Attendees.

•  Registered Attendees MAY upgrade to Vend in the future (if room).

•  If you do not complete EACH step of registration your data will be wiped from the database and if still interested you will have to begin again.

•  You are not registered until your payment clears OUR bank and the price of your registration is based on the TIME STAMP when you complete the online registration process (I.E. when you pay doesn't matter, except you must within the 5 day window).

•  PROCRASTINATOR'S REGISTRATIONS will have ONLY 3 days to pay, or they will be deleted from the database and not added to the Guest List.

•  PROCRASTINATOR'S REGISTRATIONS are ONLY able to utilize Cash, E-Transfer, OR Online (Credit Card or Pay Pal) Methods.

•  There is NO PAYMENT ACCEPTED AT TEASE - if you arrive and are not on the Guest List - you will NOT be admitted.

•  Vehicles and trailers are subject to inspection at the gate when entering AND/OR exiting.

•  Vehicles (Attendees OR Vendors) are NOT to be parked on the camp sites,,, they are to be parked (and REMAIN) in the parking area(s) as directed. Vehicles that are found on Camp Sites MAY get the vehicle Owner ejected from TEASE, with no refund.

•  Attendees (or Vendors) ejected for cause will receive NO REFUND.

 

Please Note:

•  THIS IS AN AUTOMATED REGISTRATION SYSTEM (now run by someone other than Dark Angel), FAIL TO MEET ANY DEADLINE - AND YOUR REGISTRATION WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY DELETED AND YOU WILL HAVE TO RE-REGISTER - AT WHATEVER COST IS THEN CURRENT - DURING YOUR RE-REGISTRATION; WE DO NOT HAVE THE ABILITY TO RE-SET PEOPLE WHO MISS DEADLINES THIS YEAR.

•  If you Volunteer (please do – we need the help) your Step #2 will be manually sent to you, once TEASE has processed and approved the number of hours of Volunteering your discount will be. Not all Volunteer hours will (or can) be accepted.

•  If you volunteer,, PLEASE select the number of hours, as well as the various types you are willing to do ( DM, etc).

•  If you select Deposit Method; your final Invoice will show the TOTAL you owe,,,, but the e-mail will reflect just the Deposit amount. Please save this e-mail, as YOU will be required to make the balance payment by the deadline (there will be no reminders sent to you).

•  If you select Deposit Method your balance payment does not have to utilize the same method as the Deposit (Cash, E-Transfer, etc), or CASH. Please just e-mail if you wish a different method.

 

    For those who choose NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT METHOD   - if you fail to pay the deposit balance by 11:59 pm May 15th 2012, you will forfeit 100% of your Deposit AND your Reservation AND any Power site payment ON MAY 16, 2012.

Privacy Policy:

Your Nick Name is the only information that will be visible by default to other registrants in the “TEASE Member's Only” area. Any and all information provided within this system will be kept confidential to TEASE, TEASE STAFF/REGISTRATION, and THE VENUE. Should you violate TEASE rules, your information and details of the offence MAY be shared with TEASE affiliated events (DAL and KNaNO). Should you violate any Laws of Canada (including drunk driving) your information will be provided to the proper authorities (we are bound so by Canadian Law).

By completing the following registration process; you agree to abide by all TEASE Terms and Conditions and Camp rules (as listed OR at camp on July 12, 2012) and agree to those rules as interpreted and enforced by TEASE and Camp Ground Staff.
